2025 has made one thing clear: Where there is partnership, there is possibility.

Amid abrupt funding cuts, ICE raids, attacks on basic rights, hateful rhetoric, and the erosion of core safety nets, our grantees have continued to show up. Our grantees have courageously addressed some of the most complex challenges we face and, in doing so, opened pathways to progress for all. 

We feel fortunate that our foundation is growing at a time when resources are vital. Our Year in Numbers tells this story. We also committed an additional $7 million over our 2025 budget to increase existing grants, provide rapid response funds, and support organizations on the frontlines that we hadn’t yet funded.

2026 will bring more growth in our team, our grantmaking, and our commitment to removing barriers while seeking to ignite possibilities for all.
